Guest Policy

> There is a seating area for guests to stay
> However, space is limited so please stick to 1-2 guests

Grace Period

> 10 minute grace period
> After 15 minutes, your appointment will automatically be canceled

Rescheduling

> A new deposit is required regardless of when you notify the team

Cancellation

> Please cancel before 48 hours in advance
> Any cancellation within 48 hours will require a $20 inconvenience fee
